MagicRoom turns a one-minute walk around a room into an interactive 3D model and a floor plan accurate to the centimetre, using the LiDAR scanner on iPhone Pro. Every scan knows true north, so you can scrub through the day and the seasons and watch real sunlight fall through your actual windows — before you sign a lease, buy a sofa, or knock down a wall. Everything happens on the phone: no account, no upload, no analytics. Optional iCloud sync uses the user's own private iCloud.

What makes it different
- Sun path. Because each scan captures true north and real window geometry, MagicRoom simulates direct sunlight through your windows across the day and the year — summer, equinox, winter. Useful at an apartment viewing; no other room scanner does it.
- One scan, two views. A 3D model and a dimensioned 2D plan from the same capture; flip between them like tabs; merge several rooms into one home.
- Measured, not guessed. Wall lengths, floor area, ceiling height, recognised furniture; tap any two points to measure.
- Private by design. Nothing leaves the phone. No account. The optional assistant runs on-device via Apple Intelligence.
